Our Grand Quarters Residence 1 bedroom deluxe apartment at 14 Radetzkystrasse, Vienna was absolutely delightful. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was exceptionally bright with many windows offering light and views. It had a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and outdoor patio. It was extremely spacious, quiet and impeccably clean. Office managers, Anna and Lisa, could not have been more welcoming and helpful during our 9 night stay. The convenience store on the ground floor of the building had everything we needed, and the Cafe Menta across the street was delightful. We also found some takeout restaurants and bakeries nearby. The trams 0 and 1 ran right by and made getting anywhere extremely easy, though it was only a 30 minute pleasant walk into the Old Town. We enjoyed being in this quieter neighbourhood while still so close to everything. We would happily return to Grand Quarters Residence for subsequent stays and would most highly recommend it.

Charming and Convenient Apartments 😀 - It is in a quiet neighborhood but also with excellent public transportation (three tram stops within 100m), grocery store, and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and communicative - showing me the apartment’s facilities, allowing late checkout, and giving me road trip suggestions to Budapest when the train services were down. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all necessary appliances, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. 😞 - Nothing!

😀 - Квартира чистая, удобная, было все необходимое . Качественная и быстрая связь с владельцем, понятная инструкция входа . Удобное месторасположение, рядом транспорт и супермаркет в том же здании. Раздельный санузел. Комфорт, чистота, связь!

😀 - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was large and spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were always available and happy to help with anything we needed. We’d love to stay there again on our next visit to Vienna.

장기 숙박에도 편안함. 😀 - 친절한 직원, 프라이버시 보장, 간편한 체크인, 빠른 답변, 세탁기,테라스,근처 수퍼, 편리한 교통. 😞 - 소파베드의 매트리스. 소파베드에서는 혼자 자서 큰 어려움은 없었지만, 다리 쪽 부분이 밑으로 처져서 약간 불안해보임.

A wonderful, comfortable apartment in a great location – we would definitely come back! 😀 - The apartment was wonderful – very clean, modern, and extremely well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, and they even provided umbrellas for the guests. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very attentive. They responded very quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything and were always happy to help. The location was excellent as well. There are several good restaurants just downstairs, and there is a tram stop right across from the apartment, making it very easy to get almost anywhere in Vienna. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again! 😞 - Nothing – we were very happy with everything

Very comfortable and quiet apartment, a little out of the centre 😀 - Very comfortable and quiet apartment with good facilities. It was easy to get into city centre and there is a tram right outside. There is even a supermarket in the building. 😞 - Pillows are not very comfortable

fantastische Ferienwohnung, sauber und sehr gemütlich 😀 - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet; in nur wenigen Minuten gelangt man ins Zentrum von Wien. Die Straßenbahn kommt alle paar Minuten. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine Klimaanlage ist in allen Zimmern mit Fenster vorhanden, was bei über 30 Grad sehr vorteilhaft war. ein Supermarkt im selben Haus, Straßencafés und mehrere Restaurants befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Außerdem ist das Hundertwasserhaus zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und professionell, auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Alles prima, Danke!

😀 - Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Staff were great, location good: quiet but tram stops very near. 30min walk into the city centre. Very safe area. Comfortable king size bed. A decent sized Spar convenience store downstairs. A couple of local restaurant/bars a 2min stroll away. 😞 - The pillows were a bit soft, but maybe that's just me!

Great! Would stay here again if next visit to Vienna and highly recommended. Great & friendly staff, helped with smo 😀 - Great location. Quite neighborhood. Quick accessible public transportation stops.

Очень хорошо. 😀 - Прекрасная квартира, есть все необходимое, от кофемашины до посудомойка и стиральной машины. Полный набор необходимой посуды. Отличная кровать и подушки, наличие кондиционера в каждой комнате было очень кстати. Удобное месторасположение- рядом трамвайные остановки - но очень тихо. Прямо в доме, на первом этаже супермаркет. Очень отзывчивый персонал, сразу реагирует на все вопросы и просьбы. 😞 - Кондиционеры работают шумновато (хотя он действительно необходим и очень ценен).

Clean, light filled penthouse with views. 😀 - Lots of natural light; plenty of room and a nice terrace. Having an on site property management presence proved useful.

😀 - Loved the location, beautiful views of the square, the elevator and beautiful master bath. Laundry on the floor (combined washer/dryer) was very convenient 😞 - Just FYI at least when we visited, in August 2026, Google maps had this apartment's address incorrectly labelled. But the directions that the host gave to get into the building are detailed and helpful.

😀 - The location was great. Btw the kebab stand next door is really great. Very clean building with mordern elevators and air conditioning. The apartment itself was very comfortable with all amenties. Great place.

Reasonable quality but poor service. 😀 - Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was definitely a plus. Location was not bad. Very close Wien Mitte station which is great for the airport. 😞 - The pillows were terrible; filled with left over bits of foam and very thin one you rest you head on them. Recycling instructions were limited and for glass and other parts that we had to take with rubbish with us to a street nearby to use the local recycling bins that we never found!! Worst of all, I kept receiving automated emails every day - I'm on holiday I don't want to check my emails!! Ironically, I was actually unable to correspond with anyone before or during the stay. I emailed questions that were never answered and we had to pay to store our luggage before flying because no one got back to us about using the property service.

Amazing place with even more amazing staff 😀 - The home was beautiful and fully equipped they even provided is with a highchair and microwave to heat the food for our baby. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, like in a five star hotel. 😞 - Nothing
