Yes, at our 3rd district location on RadetzkystraĂźe, we offer both short-term and long-term rentals. In all other districts, rentals are available for long-term stays only, in accordance with current laws and regulations.
At our 3rd district location on Radetzkystraße, we offer limited on-site parking for €22 per day. Please inform us in advance to check availability. At our other locations, public parking is available for €23 to €25 per day or €250 to €290 per month.
You are welcome to store your luggage at our office in the 3rd district at RadetzkystraĂźe 14. If your apartment is located in another district, please contact us in advance, we will do our best to find a convenient solution for you.
In Austria, guest registration is a legal requirement. All accommodation providers, must register their guests with local authorities. This process is known as “Meldepflicht,” and it serves several purposes:
Legal Compliance: Austrian law requires all overnight guests to be registered, whether they stay in a hotel or rental apartment.
Tourism Tax Collection: The registration helps ensure that the local tourism tax (Ortstaxe) is accurately collected and reported.
Security and Safety: Authorities maintain records of who is staying where for safety, security, and emergency purposes.
Statistical Reporting: Registration data is also used for tourism statistics and planning.
The process aligns with data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Our check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
Please make sure you filled out the guest registration form, once the registration form is filled out, our system automatically will generate the check-in code and all the information needed for your smooth checkin.

In all short-term accommodations we also provide a self-checkin option. In all long-term accommodations, we provide a meet and greed option, and for check-ins after 10pm we charge a late night fee check-in fee of €39.
Yes, there is an elevator in most of the buildings, but please note that there are not elevators in Zwölfergasse and Kölblgasse available as the apartments are on the 1st floor.
The apartments in the RadetzkystraĂźe are mostly barrier-free: access to the building and the apartment itself is step-free. Please note that the bathroom has a bathtub.
Yes, we do offer optional cleaning service. Please let us know if you require optional cleaning service so that we can offer you a quote based on the size of the apartment and the frequency of the cleaning.

For long term stays, depening on the period of your stay, the deposit is between one to two month’s rent. For short-term stays below 30 nights, a deposit is not needed as based on our General Terms and Conditions you agree to be liable for any damages caused during your stay.
If your cancellation or modification is within the grace period, feel free to send us an email, and we will manage your cancelation or modification based on the availability.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount.
For cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival, we will refund 50%.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours to your check-in are non-refundable.

If you cancel one month before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel two weeks before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before check-in are non-refundable.
Our guests appreciate our clean and smoke-free environment, which is why we have a strict no-smoking policy.
Please note that smoking inside the apartment will trigger the fire alarm, and the fire department will be alerted automatically. In such cases, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost of the fire department response, as well as any additional expenses required to restore the apartment to its smoke-free condition.
Yes, we have high speed Wi-Fi internet in all accommodations.

You are welcome to invite guests. Our nightly fee will apply to guests staying overnight. We kindly ask you to refrain from big gatherings and loud music.
You can adjust the thermostat by pressing the upper (raising the temprature) or lower edge (lowering the temprature) of the thermostat. The AC can be controlled using its remote.

At some locations where we use digital locks, you can use the code lock door to enter. If your door does not have a digital lock and you are renting long-term, please give us a call, we will organize our external facility partner to open the door. The fee for opening the door is €65 between 8am to 8pm and €95 between 8pm and 8am.
For security reasons, we will need to replace the door lock of the apartment. The costs for a new door lock including the new keys will be covered by the guest. Kindly note, that in some locations, the same key also opens the house door, mail box and apartment door. Generally such door lock systems cost between €500 to €600.

The switch for the balcony blinds is mounted on the wall. For the window blinds, please use the remote control.
By default, the codes activate at 3pm sharp. If you have an early check-in confirmed and the door isn’t opening, please give us a call.
We love pets at Grand Quarters. As some of our guests are allergic to cat and dogs hair, we need to handle each case individually. We kindly as you to send us a request prior to your booking.
