Moe is an excellent host. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. If you have the chance make sure to book this place. Well spotted to visit the city, supermarket just below the apartment. The apartment has everything needed even if you travel with a baby.

😀 - Apartament foarte curat, confortabil. Locație excepțională, la mai putin de 10 minute de mers pe jos de Prater sau 15 minute de mers pe jos la Stephanplatz. Statie de tramvai la colțul străzii. Spar la parter. Restaurante, terase, în imediata apropiere a clădirii. Comunicarea cu personalul a fost exemplară. Cu siguranță, vom reveni! Mulțumim!

Great property to stay 😀 - Clean, well organized, has balcony to have breakfast and fresh air. Location was also convenient, just in front of Tram 0 and easy to get to the main station and central part of the town. Staff were very kind and responsive for my inquiries. When the elevator was out of order, they kindly helped me for the luggage. Their kindness and pleasant communication added extra flavor to my travel. 😞 - N/A

Our family of three found Moe's place to be quite adequate. If you are looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle and noise of the inner city, then is is your place. There is a little supermarket next door for any little items you might want. The wonderful attraction of the Hundertwasserhaus is well worth the visit and only a 5-7 minute walk. The tram (Number 0) is just outide the front entrance and will take you south as far as Belvedere (and the main train station) to allow easy exploration of the inner city area. Super convenient!! As for the accomodations, the main beds were very comfortable but the mattress of the single beds tended to slide a bit. The shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. And the air conditioners were fabulous if needed. The only downside is a bit of noise from the rail tracks outside of the bedroom windows (if A/C is on it may help to dampen the noise). Overall, we loved the place!

Everything within walking distance, responsive and accommodating host! Felt right at home for our stay. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family, and if I’m ever back in beautiful Vienna, this is the place I’ll stay!

Nice stay 😀 - Service is good and we can check in before 12:00even. And it is near to Spear very much which is very convenient 😞 - Although The sound of air conditioner is a little bit loud but the air conditioner is really needed and appreciate it in summer. Thanks

The apartment was great. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Great neighborhood with restaurants and a grocery store so close by.

For my trip to Vienna, I was looking for a serviced apartment within walking distance of the city centre, and I’m so glad I found Grand Quarters. It had everything I needed and more! The location was perfect - super easy to get around on foot, with lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. I especially loved the balcony, which was the best spot for my morning coffee. The team was also amazing - really responsive and helpful throughout my stay. It honestly made the whole trip even better.

Great apartment in the middle of a neighborhood with good restaurants. It is also situated right next door to a very nice grocery store and across the street from a pharmacy. The staff were really lovely and responsive. Late one evening I sent Moe a question, but did not really expect an answer until the next business day. He responded within 5 minutes!! I would definitely rebook with this apartment if staying in Vienna again.

I’m so glad we chose to stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. There’s a supermarket and a Turkish döner stall that opens until 11 PM right downstairs, which made things super convenient. Just a 10-minute walk away, there’s a mall with great restaurants some even stay open until midnight. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. It was very close to the heart of the city. It had a very nice view overlooking the city. It was incredibly comfortable with well functioning air conditioning on a hot day. We took advantage of the clothes washer on a number of occasions. Most surprisingly to us, the host acted as a concierge and helped us to get information on various attractions. Finally, the host was very flexible on storing our luggage.

Great place! Looked exactly like the photos. Felt like a nice cosy home. Very close to shops, restaurants and anything you need. Would definitely come back.

Would give 6/5 if possible. Clean apartment, great condition, working AC. We had some troubles with the washing machine and Moe & his colleague wheeled in an entirely new one and had it replaced all within 5 minutes of reaching out. Very impressed.

Great place to stay 😀 - The apartment is very clean with nice furniture and decoration. It is also very well equipped and has everything you need. Location is also very good. Perfect place to stay in Vienna! 😞 - The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but its fine for a few nights.

Moe was very friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The place made for a fantastic stay, with all amenities and flexibility that made our trip unforgettable. We would definitely come back if we visited vienna again

Viajamos en familia, y nuestra estancia fue muy amena. A nuestra solicitud nos proporcionó microondas, y cada día estuvo al pendiente de cualquier otra necesidad con una respuesta siempre rápida y eficiente. El lugar, hermoso, con una vista y conexión con Viena increíble.

超级宽大的公寓房间 😀 - 整个公寓非常大，有宽大的客厅，楼下有一个房间和一个卫生间，楼上还有两个单独的房间以及联通的卫生间，使用起来非常方便，公寓的地理位置也是无敌了，他是在核心圈的核心，走出去10米就是一个超市，20米就是一个智能化停车场，周边咖啡馆无数，戒指环路周边的景点走路即可到达，走累了随时可以回到公寓里面休息。 😞 - 建议可以多提供一些垃圾袋放在房间，这样可以及时更换垃圾，另外，楼上卫生间浴室的下水有点堵塞，希望要疏通一下。

Комфортно 😀 - Комфортная квартира. Удобный, безконтактный заезд и выезд в аппартаменты. Администрация аппартаментов очень приветливы, заранее все подробно обьяснили заезд, выезд. Быстро и подробно отвечают на все вопросы, (переписывались в этом приложении). Проводили и показали заезд в паркинг. Спокойный и тихий район. Многие писали про трамвай. У меня и детей сон крепкий, нам это абсолютно не мешало. Очень комфортная тераса. Можно утом и вечером попить чай на свежем воздухе. В доме есть супермаркет, большой с хорошим выбором продуктов. В квартире есть все необходимое, посуда, стиральная машина, посудомойка, сушилка. Рядом рестораны, аптеки, кафе и булочная с кофе. До основных достопримечательностей пешком далековато. Рядом с аппартаментами находится дом Хундертвассера. 😞 - Все понравилось . Хотелось бы не ванну, а душ кабину.

Our family of four (with small children) had a wonderful stay at Grand Quarters with Moe as our host. He was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is great too. There are three good restaurants right nearby and a Spar grocery store literally under the apartment. It’s also easy to catch nearby trams to just about anywhere.As some reviews mentioned, you can somewhat hear the trains and trams, but it was not bothersome. We have a light sleeper as well and they slept undisturbed in the interior bedroom.Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, particularly in hot summer months with the air conditioning. We will stay here again when visiting Vienna.

정말 강력 추천합니다!!!흠잡을데 없이 깔끔한 내부에 필요한 모든 편의시설을 다 갖추고 있으며 특히 테라스에서 보낸 시간들은 너무 완벽했습니다:)숙소 바로 아래에는 Spar가 있고 바로 건너편에는 트램정류장이 있어서 비엔나 이곳 저곳 돌아다니기 편했습니다. Moe는 언제나 신속하고 친절하게 모든 문제를 해결해주었습니다. 환대에 감사합니다. 다시 비엔나에 오게 된다면 무조건 이 숙소에 또 묵을거에요 ⸝⸝ ᷇࿀ ᷆⸝⸝ !

This apartment served our family of 4 (with 2 teens) perfectly. Very professionally run and it had everything we needed - including A/C. Great location. Moe was excellent with communication. Would highly recommend.
