Perfect location to visit Vienna

😀 - Apartment equipped with everything you need Location close to Prater Park, near public transportation and near Spar. They forgot to arrange a bed for our children, we called and within an hour they arrived to arrange it for us with an apology. Highly recommend the apartment and the staff

Moe was an incredible host. He was constantly in communication with us regarding any questions or recommendations we were seeking. The apartment was perfect.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appartement et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Le logement est impeccablement propre, bien agencé et très bien équipé — rien ne manquait pour notre confort. La literie est confortable, la décoration soignée, et l’ensemble donne une vraie sensation de bien-être.L’emplacement est également idéal : central, dans un quartier agréable et bien desservi, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage !

El apartamento está bien situado, en una zona tranquila y muy cerca del Prater y de Hundertwasserhaus, también relativamente cerca del centro histórico al que se puede llegar con un agradable paseo de 30 min. Todo se ve muy nuevo, está limpio y muy bien equipado tanto a nivel de electrodomésticos cómo a nivel de jabón, crema hidratante, cápsulas de café, bolsas de basura etc. La verdead es que se agradece mucho que en la cocina haya un poco de todo (azúcar, sal, pimienta, aceite etc). Todo es igual cómo se muestra en las fotos. La habitación de matrimonio es amplia y cómoda, en cambio la cama de del comedor es más pequeña y está un poco encajonada. No sería cómoda para una pareja de adultos si son altos. En nuestro caso durmieron nuestros hijos, así que en general estuvimos muy bien.Las indicaciones de Moe son precisas, es muy proactivo y está muy atento durante toda la estancia. Cualquier comentario ó consulta es contestada en seguida. Apartamento recomendable para una familia.

Great host and great place to stay. Mo was very responsive and sent lots of useful information to help with my stay. The apartment has a nice view of city and porch area that is located close to U-lines for easy transportation across city. 100% would stay here again - one of the better places I’ve stayed.

Wonderful place! Loved the location and the apt was perfect. With 2 young kids, the separate toilet from bath tub was so helpful as was the elevator and washing machine! Laundry dried fast on the sunny balcony. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Close to local transit!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia; appartamento molto bello e curato, con mobili nuovi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica cosa che cambierei è il divano letto che non è comodo (ma per due bambini è andato benissimo).

주요 명소를 오가기에 적절한 위치인 것 같고 숙소 주변이 조용해서 쉴 때는 편하게 쉴 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 바로 밑에 마트가 있다는게 최대 장점!!! 숙소도 깨끗하고 비대면으로 입출입하는 것도 편했습니다. 비엔나 오면 다시 여기를 숙소로 사용할 정도로 만족했습니다~!

😀 - Все очень хорошо продумано,очень удобно!Есть лифт!Апартаменты оснащены всем самым необходимым.Очень важно наличие подземного паркинга/за углом, 3 минуты/- за отдельную плату- 22 евро в сутки,надо предварительно забронировать. 😞 - Обслуживающий персонал забыл оставить нам ключи от паркинга !Из-за этого опоздали на встречу на полчаса…На следующий день они оплатили нам общественный паркинг,все вопросы решили.Думаю,что это просто недоразумение - был выходной день.

Очень отзывчивый хозяин ! Всегда на связи ! Помог с ранним заездом и поздним выездом!!! Огромная благодарность!!! Единственное то что апартаменты меньше чем выглядят на фото

Excellent expierence. Close walk to the center of Vienna or access to public transportation if thats perferred over a walk. Supermarket very close. Very clean nice apartment on the top floor of the house. Had a great time and would book it again.

😀 - Molt maco i net. 😞 - Érem 5 persones. 3 hem dormit al menjador en sofàs llits i una part de la finestra no tenia persiana. Al matí donava la llum del sol directament i no es podia fer res.

Nach anfänglichem Schreck über die Bahnlinie konnten wir uns aber gut arrangieren. Die Wohnung ist gut schallisoliert. Sie sehr praktisch und sauber und hat eine gute Anbindung an die Wiener Linien. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man das exzellente , sehr spezielle Gasthaus Wild. Moe war für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns als wirkliche Gäste gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Kann ich weiterempfehlen 😀 - Das Apartment war extrem sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine. Top Lage. Ideal für Familien mit einem Kind oder ein Paar.

הדירה ממוקמת מצויין, קרובה במרחק הליכה מהרבה מקומות, יחד עם זאת, היא מעל מסילת רכבת, ולכן בלילה חייבים להיות עם חלונות סגורים, אז לא שומעים אותה. הדירה יפה, נקייה, מאובזרת היטב, ובעל הדירה היה זמין ונתן מענה מהיר לכל דבר.

Good place, well connected with public transport. Has all necessities. We stayed here with a 9 month old without issues. During the stay, we had an issue with the boiler not heating, and that on a Sunday, but we went out for a few hours and by the time we were back Moe had already fixed it. Top notch communication!

Beautiful sunlit apartment in a quaint and at the same time central quarter of Vienna. We had a great time.

Asunto oli hieno ja vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Sijainti oli hyvä. Moe vastasi nopeasti ja häneltä sai hyvät ohjeet esim. asunnolle saapumiseen ja sisäänkirjautumiseen. Vierailu oli oikein onnistunut.
