😀 - The location was great. Btw the kebab stand next door is really great. Very clean building with mordern elevators and air conditioning. The apartment itself was very comfortable with all amenties. Great place.

Reasonable quality but poor service. 😀 - Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was definitely a plus. Location was not bad. Very close Wien Mitte station which is great for the airport. 😞 - The pillows were terrible; filled with left over bits of foam and very thin one you rest you head on them. Recycling instructions were limited and for glass and other parts that we had to take with rubbish with us to a street nearby to use the local recycling bins that we never found!! Worst of all, I kept receiving automated emails every day - I'm on holiday I don't want to check my emails!! Ironically, I was actually unable to correspond with anyone before or during the stay. I emailed questions that were never answered and we had to pay to store our luggage before flying because no one got back to us about using the property service.

Amazing place with even more amazing staff 😀 - The home was beautiful and fully equipped they even provided is with a highchair and microwave to heat the food for our baby. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, like in a five star hotel. 😞 - Nothing

Sehr empfehlenswert, sauber, ruhig und bestens gelegen. 😀 - Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Verkehrsanbindung war hervorragend und besonders bei Temperaturen von über 30 °C haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Obwohl die Unterkunft sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen ist, war es in den Räumen überraschend ruhig. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns überzeugt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic Vienna apartment 😀 - The apartment was fantastic and the staff were superb. The apartment was so cool (temp was between 35 and 40 all week) - air con worked superbly. Great Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix. The bathroom was great, with a bath and shower and good levels of hot water. The lounge was comfortable and relaxing and the kitchen was great too, had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the location was tremendous - a short walk to the river one way - two metro stations a short walk, a shop in the building at the bottom for groceries and restaurants/cafes on the doorstep. It was safe and very nice. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Vienna - we loved it.

😀 - الشقه نظيفه وجميله وامان عالي وانصح فيها 😞 - الشي الوحيد لم يعجبني التكيف فقط في صالة الجلوس اما غرفة النوم لايوجد فيها تكيف اذا كان الجو حار

😀 - L' appartement était vraiment top Le must la climatisation dans toutes les pièces il faisait 40 degrés dehors elle a été grandement appréciée L' appartement en lui-même comporte tout le nécessaire il est confortable au rez de chaussée un spar bien pratique..de quoi se restaurer a prix correct tout autour et les trams au pied de l' immeuble qui emmène directement dans le centre ou le prater en 15 min Enfin la possibilité de parking sécurisé juste à côté pour se garer la durée de notre séjour (aucun problème pour notre suv) L' entreprise a ses bureaux dans l' immeuble si besoin très sympathique et impliqué

😀 - Allotjament molt ben situat per visitar la ciutat, molt ben connectat amb transport públic. L'apartament està molt cuidat i és molt acollidor.

素晴らしい日々を過ごせる滞在先です 😀 - 長期滞在でしたが静かな場所で広い部屋にキッチンがあること、自分のペースで過ごせること、独立したお風呂にトイレ、洗濯機、夏のウィーンでもエアコンがある事など自宅で過ごす様にウィーンに滞在できました。 トラムも0番、1番が近いのでアクセスも簡単です。 スタッフの対応の速さにも感謝しております。 またこのアパートメントに帰りたいと思わせてくれる場所です。 😞 - 何も無いです。

Cómoda pero calurosa 😀 - La amplitud del apartamento y confort en general. 😞 - El aire acondicionado no llegaba a la habitación, solo enfriaba el comedor y hacía mucho ruido. Con lo cual, por la noche lo apagábamos y teníamos calor. Faltaban algunos accesorios de cocina (tapas sartenes...).

長期滞在で利用自宅に帰って来るように過ごせます！調理に必要な道具、あとキッチンペーパーやハサミまであるので調理する時には大変助かります。部屋は清潔に掃除されており、靴を脱いで室内で過ごせます。途中で掃除したい時はモップも貸してもらえました。トラムの1番、0番が目の前を通っているのでアクセスもとても便利です。ヨーロッパの猛暑を心配していましたが、床冷房？もついており快適に過ごせました。設備や家具、洗濯機や調理器具など安物ではなくちゃんとお金を掛けて部屋をリフォームしているなと感じ、少し高い賃料ですが納得の価格です。

😀 - 기차길옆이라 문열어놓으면 좀시끄러웠는데 위치가 조용한동네 수퍼가아래있고 빵집도 맛있고 시내나가기도편했고비엔나는 사실교통이어디나잘되어있어서, 장점은 집이이상할정도로시원해서에어컨한번도안키고 잤어요 낮에도 집에만 들어서면 시원했어요 😞 - 목욕탕에 물이잘내려가지않아서불편했고 기찻길옆이라서좀그랬어요

Experience the best of Vienna without staying in a crowded district & still get a solid nights rest! 😀 - Lovely terrace view, quiet building & neighborhood (don’t let the train tracks deter you) with tasty restaurants (highly recommend dinner at Indus, cocktails/bites at Cafe Menta & Leon 29 Bakery), nearby grocery store for the essentials and tram stop across the street for getting about the city. Staff was very helpful checking in on us when my bags got delayed at the airport. Will make a return trip soon! 😞 - Bathtub/shower setup could be issue for those with height/mobility issues. Interior was spotless, for some reason though (likely other tenants elsewhere in building) a smoke or musky smell was present.

Tolle Wohnung an perfekter Lage! 😀 - Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld, grossartige Lage, alles sauber und gepflegt - einfach top! Genau so wünscht man sich das! 😞 - Die Betten hätten etwas komfortabler sein können - das ist aber kritisiert auf höchstem Niveau!

😀 - Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und belebte Umgebung mit guter Infrastruktur. Auf den Wunsch um weitere Kaffee Kapseln wurde sofort eingegangen. 🙂 😞 - Die Technik der Klimaanlage und der Fenster Rollläden war nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich.

It was one of the best Airbnb apartments that I booked so far .The apartment was very clean, very cosy. The beds were so confortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We felt home right away. The host was very flexible, friendly , helpful and very professional. The location is top , everything is near by pharmacy , supermarkets, parks , subway just infront of the home. Just 10 mn walk to Prater. You take the subway 1 and you find your self in the city center. Definitely I ll come back again!

An excellent stay. The host was very helpful and accomodating. A mixup about the arrival day (my fault) was resolved by the host who quickly set us up in another unit for the night even though it was 22:00 local time. Both units were spotless and well appointed. The grocery store on ground level was very convenient. The units were quite, comfortable, and thankfully cool due to the mini-split air conditioning unit. I would gladly stay here again.

Otroligt fin lägenhet. Andra gången vi bodde i dessa lägenheter. Bra läge, rent och fint och mycket hjälpsam värd. Nära till kommunikationer och gångavstånd till centrum. Smidigt med mataffär och restauranger i närheten.

Excellent apartment, great location, hosted by very helpful team 😀 - Stayed during a 38/39 degree heatwave, and really appreciated the excellent air conditioning and black out blinds. Apartment was in a great location, we requested a quiet apartment and had a lovely balcony over looking the square. Slight rumble of the trams and trains which we liked, and the apartment was very clean with toiletries provided, also welcome biscuits and juice. Tram stops literally a minute away. Moe was also very helpful letting us know that the Spar shop on the ground floor would be shut on the Sunday, so we stocked up the day before. Visited the nearest cafe, Cafe Menta (a minute away), several times which is highly recommended for great food and ambience. Also the kebab hut in the square is excellent for takeaway snacks. 😞 - Balcony furniture was different to what expected, but perfect chairs and table for having breakfast so there really wasn't anything we didn't like. If we had had an apartment on the over side, facing the train line then that may have been annoying as I'm noise sensitive, however the trains do go slow with being in the city so not sure how noisy they may be.
