長期滞在で利用自宅に帰って来るように過ごせます！調理に必要な道具、あとキッチンペーパーやハサミまであるので調理する時には大変助かります。部屋は清潔に掃除されており、靴を脱いで室内で過ごせます。途中で掃除したい時はモップも貸してもらえました。トラムの1番、0番が目の前を通っているのでアクセスもとても便利です。ヨーロッパの猛暑を心配していましたが、床冷房？もついており快適に過ごせました。設備や家具、洗濯機や調理器具など安物ではなくちゃんとお金を掛けて部屋をリフォームしているなと感じ、少し高い賃料ですが納得の価格です。

😀 - 기차길옆이라 문열어놓으면 좀시끄러웠는데 위치가 조용한동네 수퍼가아래있고 빵집도 맛있고 시내나가기도편했고비엔나는 사실교통이어디나잘되어있어서, 장점은 집이이상할정도로시원해서에어컨한번도안키고 잤어요 낮에도 집에만 들어서면 시원했어요 😞 - 목욕탕에 물이잘내려가지않아서불편했고 기찻길옆이라서좀그랬어요

Experience the best of Vienna without staying in a crowded district & still get a solid nights rest! 😀 - Lovely terrace view, quiet building & neighborhood (don’t let the train tracks deter you) with tasty restaurants (highly recommend dinner at Indus, cocktails/bites at Cafe Menta & Leon 29 Bakery), nearby grocery store for the essentials and tram stop across the street for getting about the city. Staff was very helpful checking in on us when my bags got delayed at the airport. Will make a return trip soon! 😞 - Bathtub/shower setup could be issue for those with height/mobility issues. Interior was spotless, for some reason though (likely other tenants elsewhere in building) a smoke or musky smell was present.

Tolle Wohnung an perfekter Lage! 😀 - Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld, grossartige Lage, alles sauber und gepflegt - einfach top! Genau so wünscht man sich das! 😞 - Die Betten hätten etwas komfortabler sein können - das ist aber kritisiert auf höchstem Niveau!

😀 - Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und belebte Umgebung mit guter Infrastruktur. Auf den Wunsch um weitere Kaffee Kapseln wurde sofort eingegangen. 🙂 😞 - Die Technik der Klimaanlage und der Fenster Rollläden war nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich.

An excellent stay. The host was very helpful and accomodating. A mixup about the arrival day (my fault) was resolved by the host who quickly set us up in another unit for the night even though it was 22:00 local time. Both units were spotless and well appointed. The grocery store on ground level was very convenient. The units were quite, comfortable, and thankfully cool due to the mini-split air conditioning unit. I would gladly stay here again.

Otroligt fin lägenhet. Andra gången vi bodde i dessa lägenheter. Bra läge, rent och fint och mycket hjälpsam värd. Nära till kommunikationer och gångavstånd till centrum. Smidigt med mataffär och restauranger i närheten.

It was one of the best Airbnb apartments that I booked so far .The apartment was very clean, very cosy. The beds were so confortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We felt home right away. The host was very flexible, friendly , helpful and very professional. The location is top , everything is near by pharmacy , supermarkets, parks , subway just infront of the home. Just 10 mn walk to Prater. You take the subway 1 and you find your self in the city center. Definitely I ll come back again!

Excellent apartment, great location, hosted by very helpful team 😀 - Stayed during a 38/39 degree heatwave, and really appreciated the excellent air conditioning and black out blinds. Apartment was in a great location, we requested a quiet apartment and had a lovely balcony over looking the square. Slight rumble of the trams and trains which we liked, and the apartment was very clean with toiletries provided, also welcome biscuits and juice. Tram stops literally a minute away. Moe was also very helpful letting us know that the Spar shop on the ground floor would be shut on the Sunday, so we stocked up the day before. Visited the nearest cafe, Cafe Menta (a minute away), several times which is highly recommended for great food and ambience. Also the kebab hut in the square is excellent for takeaway snacks. 😞 - Balcony furniture was different to what expected, but perfect chairs and table for having breakfast so there really wasn't anything we didn't like. If we had had an apartment on the over side, facing the train line then that may have been annoying as I'm noise sensitive, however the trains do go slow with being in the city so not sure how noisy they may be.

Good central location for Vienna - middle of the central tourist district but was not loud in the unit. Moe is a good host and the apartment is as advertised.

Lovely place in the heart of Vienna. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Very clean, comfortable apartment. Nice little balcony to enjoy the evening sun. Good local cafés/restaurants and very useful supermarket beneath the apartment. It was very reassuring to know that Moe was available to offer help should we have required it. Everything was ideal for our week's holiday to Vienna.

Prachtig verblijf in een rustige omgeving die centraal en goed bereikbaar ligt. Heerlijke bedden, brandschoon badkamer en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Clean, well-equipped apartment in walking distance to downtown Vienna. 😀 - Really well-equipped apartment with all the amenities you need. Shower gels, towels, cutleries, kitchen ware and very solid WiFi. It's all there! Location is also very convenient with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, coffee shops etc right outside the building. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Viyana’ya gelişimizden 2 gün önce kadar evimize karar verdim , bebeğimle geldiğimiz için konum , güvenlik , temizlik benim için en önemli şeylerdi . Kesinlikle çok doğru bir karar vermişim neredeyse çoğu yere yürüyerek gittik sokaklar inanılmaz güvenliydi. Wien mitte de inip 6-7 dakikada yürüyerek evimize vardık. Moe inanılmaz bir ev sahibi tüm olanakları kusursuzdu ev oldukça düzenli ve kullanışlıydı .. Binanın altında marketimiz vardı ve hersey mevcuttu . Apartman çok temiz ve bakımlıydı .. ve daha sayabileceğim birçok muhteşem şey .. Birdaha Viyana’ya geldiğimde artık kalıcak yerimiz belli diyebilirim 🙏🏻🙏🏻🌸🌸 Moe ve ekibine çok teşekkür ediyorum 🙏🏻🌸

The apartment is a bright, sunny place to relax. The neighborhood has everything you need, including groceries, restaurants, and two different tram lines for easy access to the whole city. Moe is an exceptionally responsive host, usually getting back to you within minutes and always providing clear, friendly replies. It was a perfect stay.

The place was very clean, comfortable and functional, but found it very corporate, similar to a place a company would use for employees short term stays. We always appreciate places that feel a little more homey and matches the surrounding area. This could have been a corporate apartment anywhere.

We loved the place and the location. We felt right at home. I would have rated Moe and his team a 10 star if the app let me. I cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating they were with checking on us to see if we needed anything and giving us a heads up on holiday closures. I recommend this place and this management team.
