In 2006 my husband asked me to run Grand Quarters our Quarter Share Ownership company. I am responsible for all of the furnishings, decorations, sales, and owner relations for the company. I love expressing my creativity in furnishing all of our properties and creating great relationships with all of our owners.
I believe Quarter Share Ownership is the future for Resort Properties and if you give me a call I can explain why. I promise we will have fun and you will be amazed at what you can buy.
I moved to Winter Park from St. Louis after meeting my future husband in 1984. I always knew I wanted to live out west and the mountains just felt right. We quickly started a family and I was fortunate enough to work at home raising our two children and helping my husband in the Ski Business.
In 1995 I starting managing Rocky Mountain Eyewear which was one of our family businesses still located at the base of Winter Park Ski Resort today. In 2000 I became the District Manager for Specialty Sports Ventures who now owns our original business Ski Depot Sports. I managed over 72 employees and increased market share and sales for our 5 ski shops. I loved working with the Gart family and all of the family of employees.

Dennis moved to the Fraser River Valley from Denver in 1982 after college. His family had a small condominium outside of Fraser, where he grew up spending weekends and summer vacations. His love of the Fraser Valley and all it has to offer began in 1969 when he learned to ski at Idlewild. Since then Dennis has been active in land development, home construction, land sales and served as community leader. More importantly Dennis and his wife, Cyndie, are raising two sons in the valley and enjoy skiing, fly fishing, rafting, golf and mountain biking.
Dennis has been a Community Leader in the FraserValley for 23 years! Some of his accomplishments include: Citizen of the Year; Founder/President Winter Park Music, Inc. He has served on numerous boards and associations, some of which include: The Reserve at Elkhorn Ridge, Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Winter Park Master Association and Legacy Park Ranch.
He is the Founder/Owner of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties (Real Estate Brokerage), New Frontier Construction Development Inc. (Construction & Development), and Fraser River Log & Timber, Inc. (Log Homes & Timber Components). |

Mike has been a full-time resident in the valley for more than ten years and a business owner for the past nine years. Mike was born and raised in Saginaw, MI where he developed the love of skiing and outdoors.
Mike has been a chamber member for the past nine years and has been a member of the Winter Park Downtown Improvement Committee and the Winter Park Chamber Membership Committee. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
He brings over 10 years of entrepreneur experience to guiding Buyers through the purchase process and helping sellers position their resort asset to maximize their investment. |

Stu came to Grand County for a ski weekend and never left! Stu has over 25 years of real estate experience including land development and commercial shopping centers. Stu is a community minded leader and has served as Vice-President of the Winter Park/Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce; Representative for the Town of Fraser on the Grand County Housing Authority.
Stu has been a Managing Broker as well the Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Grand Real Estate before the merger with Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties. |
