What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
As a Quarter Share owner, you will be receiving your electronic key in the mail to the home one week prior to your arrival date. Your key will be activated on Monday of the arrival date at 4:00 p.m. and will continue until the Monday of the check out date at 10:00 a.m. This system provides ultimate flexibility – there is no front desk or arrival time - arrive and depart at your convenience!
